  • Self-taught and college educated seamstress, with 16+ years combined professional and personal experience

  • Extensive experience in successful costume design and execution for full theatrical and film productions

  • Educated in distressing techniques with various fabrics and accessories 

  • Extensive knowledge of costume design specific to eras, styles and vintage with superior color sensibility

  • Highly experienced in pattern making, to include draping, flat pattern making

  • Accomplished skills in designing for infants, children, men, and women

  • Sound knowledge and experience using domestic and industry-level sewing machines and sergers

  • Strong knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, iWork, and Quickbooks

  • Proven ability to successfully design and execute projects with intensive deadlines and within fast-paced working environments, both individually and with a team

  • Strong capabilities in research, presentation, and written/verbal communications
